Takashi Miwa President and Representitive Born in Otaru, Hokkaido on December 23, 1949 【Biography】 Takashi Miwa graduated from Hokkaido University in 1974. Mr.Miwa joned Osawa & Co., Ltd. and contributed to work for 7 years, joined Kokusai Timeshare Company(merged and changed the name to Japan Telecom Network Information Service Co.,Ltd. in 1987), took a charge in sales for international data transmission and dealing services. Since 1987, managed constructing the data transmission networks throuout the various fields as shipping companies, travel companies, retail companies, banks, securities and so on. After retirement in 1991, founded Arc International Co., Ltd.
